HTC24 Skid Steer Trencher

The HTC24 Skid Steer Trencher is a compact yet powerful trenching solution designed for precision and efficiency in various working environments. Combining robust performance with user-friendly operation, this equipment delivers reliable performance for demanding trenching applications.

Overall transport dimensions are just 2450mm × 924mm × 1200mm, and the total length with the footrest unfolded is only 2615mm. Its compact size allows for flexible movement in narrow spaces and at field edges, easily adapting to various working environments.

The ground drive utilizes a hydraulic continuously variable transmission system, allowing speed and direction to be freely adjusted from zero to maximum. The excavator chain features direct hydraulic drive with single-speed forward and reverse capabilities. Combined with precise left and right track widths (525 mm on the left / 399 mm on the right), this ensures more accurate trenching positioning and significantly improves operational efficiency.

Equipped with a Runtong R740-1 engine, rated at 16 kW/3600 rpm, it delivers ample power and rapid response; the engine directly drives the pump system, resulting in higher transmission efficiency and noise levels ≤95 dB, balancing operational performance with user comfort.

Trenching depth is adjustable from 0 to 750 mm, width from 0 to 152 mm, working travel speed from 0 to 50 m/min, and travel speed from 0 to 4.5 km/h. These parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to different soil conditions and pipeline laying requirements, meeting the needs of diverse engineering scenarios.

With a hydraulic system pressure of 0-18 MPa, a flow rate of 0-42 L/min, and an operating speed of 0-185 rpm, the core components deliver stable performance and sustained, powerful output, ensuring consistent performance during prolonged, high-intensity trenching operations.

With a 15-liter fuel tank, 1.7-liter engine oil capacity, and a 30-liter hydraulic oil tank, the optimized fluid capacity configuration extends the operating range per session, reduces the frequency of mid-operation stops for refueling or oil changes, and enhances overall operational continuity.
